Amandeep is a co-founder and Partner at Lagom LLP, with 17 years of experience providing accounting, assurance, tax and advisory services to privately held businesses and not-for-profit organizations. He works closely with clients across a range of industries, bringing a practical and business-focused approach to complex accounting, assurance and financial matters.
Amandeep began his career with BDO after graduating from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. During his 14 years with the firm, he earned his Chartered Professional Accountant designation through the legacy Chartered Accountant program, as well as the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He progressed through a variety of leadership roles, including Edmonton Office Technical Leader, Alberta Assurance & Accounting Service Line Leader, and Alberta Industry Lead for Technology & Life Sciences. Amandeep also held leadership roles in recruitment and talent development. He left BDO to co-found Lagom LLP.
